About Dr. Vacco
Dr. Raphael Vacco has been a practicing chiropractor for over 19 years. He received his BS in Human Biology (1988) and Doctorate of Chiropractic degree (1990) from Los Angeles College of Chiropractic. He acted as a Qualified Medical Evaluator (QME) and Independent Medical Examiner (IME) for the State of California for 9 years. He is both a Diplomat and Fellow of the American Board of Disability Analysts and is certified in Manipulation Under Anesthesia (MUAC). He was listed in the 2000-2001 edition of Who's Who as an Honored Professional and was awarded the National Leadership Award in 2002 and was named as one of California's 2003 Businesspersons of the Year. In 2002 he was appointed as an Honorary Co-Chairman of the Business Advisory Council.
He was also the headache specialist for Sharp Community Medical Group for five years. As one of the few chiropractic specialists appointed to this group, it was his responsibility to treat those patients with chronic severe headaches that were unresponsive to all other forms of treatment (read more in "Services" section).
Dr. Vacco for 2 years was the National Chiropractic Director for Aditus Systems who supplies a spinal diagnostic instrument, the SpinalMouse, to the US market. In that capacity he was responsible for educating the chiropractic profession about the applications of the SpinalMouse as they refer to research, education and implementation into the clinical environment.
Dr. Vacco currently is back in solo chiropractic practice in Temecula CA after relocating here from Escondido CA.
